Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrewOps (the “Service”), operated by Alpine Labs Inc. (“Alpine Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
CrewOps provides a secure platform that allows wildfire companies to manage their operations, dispatch updates, and reminders in one place. The Service is for professional use only and is provided on an invite-only basis to verified organizations.
CrewOps is intended solely for professional users over the age of 18. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to bind your organization.
Accounts may only be created upon invitation by an administrator. Users must provide accurate information, including a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a security risk.
CrewOps sends transactional SMS messages (dispatch updates and reminders).
Opt-In: Users consent by checking a box during signup and/or being added by an admin who has obtained prior consent.
Opt-Out: Users may reply STOP to any message to cancel, reply HELP for assistance, adjust settings in the app, or email hello@joincrewops.com.
Message Nature: Messages are reply-based only; no links or marketing content are sent.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
By providing a phone number, you expressly consent to receive such operational texts in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier regulations.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from Alpine Labs, including emails and transactional notices related to your account, system updates, and security alerts. You may manage preferences or withdraw consent by contacting hello@joincrewops.com, though withdrawal may limit your ability to use the Service.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or data.
- Send spam, phishing content, or any message not directly related to dispatch operations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.
All software, trademarks, content, and materials within CrewOps are owned by or licensed to Alpine Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your organization’s internal operational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
CrewOps integrates trusted third-party providers, including:
- Twilio – for SMS delivery
- SendGrid – for email notifications
- Google Analytics 4 – for usage analytics
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Alpine Labs is not responsible for their practices but ensures contractual safeguards are in place.
Your use of CrewOps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to that Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alpine Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Labs Inc., its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and certain provisions (liability, intellectual property, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
